A 20% deposit of total (or full payment depending on cases) is required to secure your booking. And this deposit should be done right after you approve the programs / itineraries, which are based on the comprehensive discussions between you and our VYTA TOURS.
The balance of 80% is settled before or latest on the day of your arrival in Vietnam.
While payment online hasn't been very safe and stable between Vietnam and other countries yet, we still use our traditional ways of wires via banks. Information on our bank account will be given when the wires are needed.
At present, according to Vietnamese banking regulations, these credit cards of Visa/Master/American Express...are acceptable but with the charges from the banks: 3% for Visa, Master, JCB cards and 5% for American Express. There are 2 ways for you to pay by credit cards:
1/ On the first day of your arrival in Vietnam: we'll charge with your card.
2/ From overseas: you're requested to send us a fax with the details below:
. Your credit card's number and its validity
· Your full name in passport and in credit card
· Both sides' enlarged copies of your credit card
· Your affirmation in writing for the charge, for example, you can say : "I agree to pay VYTA TOURS the amount of $1,000 to secure my trip to Vietnam from date (...) to date (...)".
· Your signature.
Note:We'll send you a form and you just need to fill the form with your information.
cancellation policy: this policy is based on Vietnam and international practices. It is also required by most of the hotels and restaurants run by foreign investors (However, consideration and flexibility can be offered for special cases) :
1. For big group :
- 50% of the above mentioned deposit is charged if cancellation is informed 30days before the group arrives in Vietnam
- 100% of the deposit is charged if the cancellation is informed 15days before the group arrives in Vietnam
- 35% of total payment is charged if cancellation is informed 7days before the group arrives in Vietnam
- 50% of total payment is charged if cancellation is informed on the date of the group's arrival in Vietnam
2. For individuals : - 50% of the deposit is charged if cancellation is informed 15days before your arrival in Vietnam.
- 100% of the deposit is charged if cancellation is informed 3days before your arrival in Vietnam
- 50% of total payment is charged if cancellation is informed on the date of your arrival in Vietnam
